great vibe but needs more soundproofing

The ambience was captivating with stunning decor that felt like stepping into another era. The staff provided an exceptional welcome, especially at midnight when I arrived after a long trip, which was truly comforting. My bedroom was also upgraded and offered a fantastic city view, making my stay even more memorable.

The delux room felt spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast at a nearby café was a delightful change, serving better food than typical hotel offerings. The staff were accommodating, even offering to keep my baggage safe after checkout. The location near TLV Port provided easy access to the beach and nearby markets. However, the room lacked soundproofing, and I was occasionally disturbed by outside noise. Also, the breakfast required a short walk, which might not be convenient for everyone. Some maintenance issues, like the broken toilet seat and unclear air conditioning control, also detracted from the overall comfort.

We had an amazing time with friends at this luxury hotel! The beachfront and trendy port were highlights, providing us with endless fun. The staff was super helpful and made us feel at home, and the spacious suites were perfect for our group. Breakfast at nearby cafés added to the experience.

However, we faced an issue with noise from adjacent rooms that disrupted our sleep. Even after contacting the reception a few times, the noise persisted, making it tough to get a good night’s rest.
